2011. The whole thing is started by you and with you.

Would you now pay me the demand for RM2m+ now?
About the RM43,000 long over due to my effort in CASH.
If you do not pay me within the next few days the full amount, you need to worry.
As I go about collecting more information, and if I forward such information (not about land
deals only but much bigger issue) to the relevant authorities, then you can expect the worst for you and your family.
You last time escaped the ISA when your good friends went in. Now it may be your turn very soon.
ENOUGH IS enough.
The countdown is going to end within a few days to co-incide with the STAR in KDCA.

Subject: Count down 5 for RM2m+ claim
Dear Datuk Patrick,
The bucket stops here.
Make the payment of RM2m+ as per my letter to your two home addresses in
Tanjung Aru and Papar plus the fax to your office in Kapayan.
The documentary evidence already shown to you and you actually know about those
land transactions. You had received full payments from the lawyers concerned.
You just denied receiving those payment of commissions etc. It is already
two years.
Now you have to honour your promise of sharing those commission.
Otherwise the consequences would be known soon.
All the hard work in the recent years would go to waste for you.
Please don't delay.
I have also pledged RM400,000 (up to) to KPSB when I receive the RM2m+ from you.
We need to start working together again.

after the cancelled AGM of KPSB, you ask for copies
of the documents from Murugaiah Veloonadar and one other
of Sandakan through you.
It is about oil palm plantation on 25,000 acres in Kinabatangan.

Where should we meet so that I can hand over the said documents
personally to you.
No matter what I will pursue the matter.

Better pay up now then there won't be any problem later.
Good deeds from me had been ignored and you don't bother

How long can you hide or keep silent?
If it is a problem with easy cash yourself, you can ask your
group to contribute towards the RM2m+ now.
Think about that..before the whole knows.

If you read emails regularly in the next twelve days,
then I do not need to send you long sms.
The countdown is for you to prepare to pay me off
as soon as possible for your own good and the group that is
involved. You call your land lawyers now.
No good to deny any more.
Remember, we at CASH did a swearing at the door
Dr P C in Kampong ayer over our struggle in Project IC or Project
M as those threats were normal. We promised to stand together in good
and bad times. I am reminded of this because Dr PC's brother came to me
recently although I did not know him.
Now we had sort of achieved that and that I stood with you till SCA was
de-registered.
Now while you are loaded with the CASH currency on those various land
deals done in CASH happy time, you have 'forgotten/cheated' me.
You know the consequences..
Don't be distracted with other petty items..and we can still work something
out quickly provided you honour your promises on those land deals including
the Hiew's case on the palm oil land as hijacked.

Dear Datuk Patrick, Countdown -2 for claims of RM2m plus Jan 10, 2012
Sorry to inform you now it is an ultimatum to pay me
the full amount of RM2m+ or actually RM2,043,400 now.
No more delay as you may face consequences, you never dream about.
It may also bring in others in your group to face the unpleasant circumstances
beyond anyone can believe this can happen.
I am not boasting but that is the reality to be..
Don't wait to taste the real bitterness later. The drastic options are at hand and can be
implemented at ease.
If you state that the wealth you have do not come from land deals, then there is another
worst option against you.
So cheap to pay off now and if you don't have it, your group
can help you to straighten the cheating or scam since the land deals had taken place.
Enough is enough as I have gather much latest information.
After you pay me, KPSB would also benefit from my pledge of up to RM400k and you
too can benefit as an ALK and member of KPSB. Win-win scenario for all.
You had been twisting and bending like tongues of fire.
So your fire has not burnt me but instead strengthen me in the pursuit of the money
owed to me.

Don't leave this issue any longer unsolved.

You better prepare two cheques for RM2,000,000 and RM43,400 as already demanded.
I know you have been a 'genius' in many things for decades being a man of 55 years.
I read in the newspaper that you celebrated a birthday feast recently but your mykad
indicates your birthday as 22 Feb. Are you having two birthdays like Mahathir? But
you did not invite me.
It would be a great story for you soon if this would appear in the newspaper.
Since you are 'genius' in many things, it would be another genius thing to do to make

If you continue to delay payment for whatever reasons as I could not hand over any

To avoid some genuine things against you, it is good now you pay some

Subject: Count down -16 to RM2m+ claim - commission & CASH debts
Dear Datuk PS,
The countdown started on Christmas day 2011, and a privilege to you to make good your promise of RM2m plus.
Simple, just write the cheques now or don't tell me later "OMG".
Now it is -16 (minus) count down or extra, extra grace already. Don't tell me you have not been warned of the drastic action to be taken. Once the drastic action is taken, you and your group would be sorry and don't blame me any more. That is the reality to be and you would know it in due good time.
I happen to go back to the newspaper item when you wanted to sue the 2 good friends at CASH for defamation. You were so confident of winning the defamation case and yet you lost for nothing to hide. So don't talk big then. Very bitter I know. You did not consult me at all.
Now you can sweeten your life when you paid the RM2m plus to me and to be exact it is RM2m and RM43,400 in two cheques both payable to Kong Yun Chee @ Joshua Kong.
Another thing I want to mention is that someone special is sort of 'genius' with age getting younger from birth attending school at such an incredible young age. That is a real genius for anyone and miss out in the World's Guiness Book of Record. Once this exposed, you know the consequences.
So make good your promise now to me - once a hard fighting colleague at CASH.
I think the countdown would last another week or so. Good time to make good your promise now without fail.
