Dear Datuk PS, (28 January, 2012)

Today I gave you two letters for your very urgent attention.

You refused to acknowledge those letters.

One letter dated 5 January, 2012 contained the attached documents on the
land deal on Borneoglow Sdn. Bhd. which you requested on 30 December 2011
at the SSL after the AGM of KPSB. You did not turn up for two ALK meetings
since 30 December to get your letter and documents. You did not want (rough) to acknowledge the said letter.

I also gave you a letter dated 11 November, 2011 sent to your home addresses at Tanjung Aru and Papar. You also
did not want to acknowledge the said letter.

The handing over the letters to you was witnessed by Raymond Kunjun, Eddy B Ruslan and Andrew Joseph
Tuining at the Sabah State Library's Multipurpose Hall just as we we waiting for the KPSB AGM of 2nd time..

Both letters concerned my claim for RM2m plus from you.

I also gave you the handphone number of Murugaiah V aka John.

I will give you a few days before I take other appropriate action on my claim.

I hope you will find the time to write the two cheques now.
